Hey, that’s my mom when she was around my age. I got both good & bad news. The good news is tomorrow is my mom’s birthday, a happy day! But the bad news is she is a year older and I really do not want that! She have been hinting me on what to buy for her. She even told me to bring her along, so she can choose something which she really like. Wow! That was so direct… I don’t mind spending on her. Let’s see which shop will she direct me to… Meanwhile keep on reading.

Totally agreed, it freaks me out too when I know a loved one is growing a year older…i mean, that means one year less to spend with each other. Sigh, but then again that’s the way life is. I too fear my mum ageing…eeeek…!!

oh i love looking at vintage photos! a very nice pic of your mom. i must say i agree with teeshah. you really are your mom’s daughter. (i’m closer to my mom too but i don’t look like her at all…boo hoo)
btw how is it that i find myself coveting what your mom is wearing in that first pic? fashion has come full circle! lol.
