KFC suppliers cram birds into huge waste-filled factories, breed and drug them to grow so large that they can’t even walk, and often break their wings and legs. At slaughter, the birds’ throats are slit and they are dropped into tanks of scalding-hot water—often while they are still conscious. It would be illegal for KFC to abuse dogs, cats, pigs, or cows in these ways.
KFC’s own animal welfare advisors have asked the company to take steps to eliminate these abuses, but KFC refuses to do so. Many advisors have now resigned in frustration.

I swear if I found out more animal abuse in this world especially in my own country, I will not hesitate to become a vegetarian. I really want to know how Fast Food Chain in Singapore treats the animals. From where they get the food supply? Who is their Food Supplier? Where is it? I swear I will want to visit and witness it myself.
Anyway the chickens and the other food in KFC Singapore suck! Why I said so? And how I wish the SPCA in Singapore or the welfare for animals in singapore are just like the US! They are 100 times more caring, devoted and serious about it!
- Fats can be found in their O.R Fillet burger. No wonder it’s cheap! The burger meat got fats around it!
- Too many fats in their friend chickens. The sight of the fats are so damn gross.
- Their fries suck. Try leaving the fries for 10 minutes, it will turn hard and yuck!
- Their coleslaw sucks, it’s smelly and it’s not fresh!
- Their outlets got one kind of smell. I hate the smell! Smelly KFC!
- They don’t serve mayonnaise, they charged 50 cents for one small plastic container or whatever shit they call that thing is lah!
Eh come on lah, who the hell wants to eat that amount of mayonnaise! Mad or What! You charged 50 cents for that! What The Fuck! Why so stingy?! Budget! So rich what! And when you give me in that kind of serving which is damn a lot, who can finish it? Do something about it lah KFC! At least mcdonald’s and burger king serve mayonnaise and its in a small packet which is more than enough. I even debate with the manager, telling them to give like 10 cents or 20 cents serving of mayonnaise but I will pay 50 cents. They said no! I am helping them to save mayonnaise and earn more, they say NO to me.
(Gila eh? Terbiat nak mampos eh! Oh kirakan suruh aku and kawan aku lantak tu mayonnaise dengan makanan-makanan kita ah! Aku tenyeh kat muka/ mulut boss korang baru tahu!)
The only thing I will buy from KFC is Popcorn chicken and their Fish Ole Burger. And now when I came across KFC in USA abuses the chickens, I became angrier with the whole lot of KFC. Fuck lah! Farking cruel sia. The chicks’ beaks were being cut. Chicks are so cute and lovely animals. How can the workers and the management have the heart to do this? If I work there, I will ask everyone to protests and burn that factory. I will ask the terrorists to whack the bosses and the stupid old white hair fat tummy man – the founder! Eh, he’s dead what. Ok, look for the grave and burn it!
I want to try to be a vegetarian. I belief it’s healthier to be a vegetarian. To think about it, a lot of the elders who suffer from stroke, diabetes, arthritis, etc are caused by the food intake. But how do I do it? Can I adapt to it? Or maybe just eat vegetables and the fish. At least, it’s not so bad. I want to try! I been wanting to become a vegetarian and I am determine this time. Scared lah - I cannot make it.

hmmm… baru je makan KFC semalam.
I’ve read about this before. They say that KFC doesn’t really care about the living conditions of the chickens and this is so wrong. So does McDonalds. Do you know that most of the nuggets are made from old chickens that can’t lay eggs or are too old to make chicken wings and etc… OMG that’s so cruel, but since they depend so much on profits they’ll have to do it this way.
the kfc in sg must have gotten their supply from a muis certified halal slaughter house or something. otherwise they can’t get the halal cert. insyaallah the chickens that’s slaughtered is fully dead before whatever process they have to do to remove the feathers. its haram to treat an animal dengan zalim anyway. at least in islam. i dont know if u know this but sometimes even with their head chopped off, they still can move.
btw, nothing is fresh in singapore. and i really mean NOTHING! so u cant expect much.
u dont have to be vegetarian to enjoy fatless chicken u know. can always rear your own chicken kampong style. often feeding them seeds and yesterday’s junk. then u can slaughter it however u choose to.

thats it im going to eat only filet o fish from mcdonalds… sigh sigh sigh. i nearly eat nuggets from one of the hawker center just now and i stopped myself from buying it, and reminded myself NO! 
teeshah - halal is another thing. but the thought of other chickens suffering makes me sick in the stomach… i can’t stand cruelty. nothing is fresh in this whole world… yup i know i cant expect much. i havent seen one who abuse the fish except the whales/ dolphins… so i can still eat the fishes. i mean how do they abuse the fish?? if you know,please dont show me the video or the link to any websites. else, i will die of hunger!!! no lah, i want to try to become a vegetarian…. errm i dont even dare to baca doa before slaughtering it, i think i will cry and set the chicken free under my block with the cats chasing it.
i knw a someone, who knows someone, who tell someone, that if they dont like a certain customer, they will give you a very ‘bad’ coleslaw… usually, the coleslaw will be spit or fall on the floor, and they will scoop it back, and placed it at their ’special’ corner… so if they dont like the customer, they will give the ’special’ coleslaw to them….
eddyboi - yucks!!! how can they do that right!!! i heard from a someone too that they spit in their ice lemon tea… fark! so geli sia!!! i tried their coleslaw from kfc only once, only one spoon and thats the last, long long long time ago… cannot trust them seh…

Ok i’m guilty of such actions. I happen to pull the heads out of the chicken body once during Survival training in the army. Tapi kita buat kita yang tanggung lah eh. It was for training for darurat cases k..We even killed snakes, frogs and so on..haha..ok dont vomit yah.
Ooh yeah about the chicken still moving after the head pops out. Yup that’s true. It will take a few seconds before the whole body seizes down. Its like a shock reaction.
Somehow when the video showed the mass killings it was like back in WW2 when Hitler killed the thousands of people in the gas chambers.
Anyway how credible are these videos? I don’t think KFC would allow the videos to be taken and be shown publicly. The person shooting this video also dont have any sense of ethics. Probably he did it for money also.
fadzuli - i belief its real. US won’t publish and set up a website on KFC blindly. Their media is much more better. Their building of awareness to the citizens are much better than ours here. its up to us to believe and im aware that this world are full of cruelty. i won’t say he did it for money, i would say he did it cos he wants the people to know whats happening. he is doing the right thing. at the end of the day it is up to us to believe. i choose to believe and i know its happening. chickens are not the only animals which human abused…
Shock reaction, so poor thing. i have not eaten any meat for 4 days. im still not over it yet… you pull the heads? then got blood ah? you mean the army ask you all to do so? sigh….
OK eh don’t blame the army lah eh… It was survival training… Its totally different situation when there’s food place in front of you. About how we killed is based on directive. Imagine if we don’t have knives and so on. Nak sembelih macam mana kan and yet need to live to eat kan. Pakai tangan hentak kepala itu ayam? Sounds more cruel to me. So those situations are exceptional. At times we need to rationalize why we do certain stuff.
About the other animals, just go to the non muslim slaughtering house lah. Its almost the same. They kill the cows and goats by skewing their brains cos to them its a faster kill. Its just like putting the chickens in the hot water alive.
OK no offense to the non muslims but for us muslim there is certain ways to kill the animals. Some of them say that our way is much cruel because it takes a long time for the animals to die compared to theirs which is instant. So it depends on each beliefs too.
fadzuli - oh i dunno what exactly happen and armies are required to do during their training. ya i do get ur point. basically its all up to the individual how they see things. maybe i have a weak heart, which is why i can’t see certain things. until now i tak berani nak witness apa2 yang nak kena sembelih. ada je, i nangis2 dan amek pisau bunuh orang tu. hahaha!!!
