Farking bitch. The bitch name is Aishah. Working as a bloody customer service in Credit Bureau Singapore. Lack of customer service. She can be so sarcastic and got the energy to argue with me on Monday! Damn it you bitch! Can’t you just spell the email address for me instead of explaining it to me this and that?! I asked her 3 times whether the email address is with the letter ‘S’ and she sigh as if I irritate the shit out of her and said “DID I LIKE MENTION THE LETTER S TO YOU?”
My god, farking rude. I can’t hear you right! Why must you talk to me like that? You think I asked you for farking fun is it! Kanina. If you dislike working as a customer service, then bloody quit your job!
Already before this, she was rude to me about one of my enquiry. Maybe last night, she was horny and want to make out with her husband or her boyfriend, but he rejected her like fark and so this morning she got no choice but to be like fark to me.
Me: What’s the email address?
Bloody Bitch: consumer
(My cat was meowing and the line was being a bitch like her too, then I asked her sorry is it with s or without s.)
Bloody Bitch: CON-SU-MER
Me: Sorry, again, with an S or without an S. I can’t hear you.
Bloody Bitch: consumer underscore
Me: Hello, you are not answering my question… My line is not clear.
Bloody Bitch: (With her top voice) DID I LIKE MENTION THE LETTER S TO YOU?

You said the word not spell it out. If I can’t hear you, how am I suppose to know whether it’s with an S or without S. Is it difficult to just say – NO MISS, NO S, Consumer without S. Why do you have to talk to me in that manner? Did your colleague ever tell you that you are a difficult person to work with? All I am asking you is it with S or without S cos I really can’t hear you! It’s not as if you spell it out for me and I am like asking stupid question! If you can’t speak nicely to people, don’t expect people to speak nicely to you. And If you don’t like your job, bloody quit and give the phone now to your colleague.
Bloody Bitch: THANK YOU!!!! BYE!!!
I was like MAK KAU PUNYA!!! ANAK Suar! Asal kau perangai suar? I called her again and she answered again like one bloody bitch.
Me: Now pass the phone to your colleague damn it!
Bloody Bitch: YOU WAIT!
The colleague speak to me nicely and I told her “Thank you very much now you do me a favour to slap your attitude colleague or take your drink on your table if you have, and splash it at her farking face!” Then I hung up.
ALAMAK GERAM SIA AKU!!!! PERANGAI CAM SIAL!!! I AM TOO ANGRY THAT I HAVE TO BLOG ABOUT THIS!!!

Typical minahs who take for granted their jobs. Such people are getting bolder day by day, but they don’t realise customers are getting bolder too.

This is definitely unacceptable customer service! How can a CSO response in such a manner and tone, totally bad phone etiquette!
If only u didnt reply in that manner, but please do sent and email and snail mail to that customer service to log a complain on her.

Haha. ConSUUUmer. I would understand it if it was me. But whats her problem?? Working in this line she must be polite even to customers who may seem irritating to them. Heck, I get THAT sort of shit everyday, yet I never lash out. It’s a gd thing aku ni penyabar sikit eh, kalau tidak pompuan kero s*al tu punya nama & hp no pun (da one I wrote about recently) aku dah pampang kat blog aku!

OMG! asallah the melayu girls yang in the cust service line semua perangai macam siak? there was one time where this courts (or was it this credit company appointed by courts?) girl kena tengking dengan my mom because she was so bloody rude. terus tak berani nak call lagi. and another time, it was this kfc operator. bloody hell. she slammed down the phone before i even got the chance to say anything. like not happy to take my order. i complained to their customer service. but no feedback so far. that’s why i haven’t been eating at kfc
tak suka quit the job lar. don’t work at all!
i experienced once with Courts before. sakit hati berbual dengan dorang… until i give up and i told them, “eh apa2 ah lah anak…” i tak kuasa sia.. nanti darah i lagi teruk nanti menyirap..
Well Yanni, this simply highlights a pressing problem in s’pore – declining CS standards. True, this may be an individual case, but it’s as bad as it can get!
We can try to defend the CSO in as many ways possible, but the fact remains that she could have done much more on her side, if she wanted to.
And yes, i would be just as irate as you, and who knows what i may have done, but i think i’ll still find it in me to write in. And i’ll post it straight to the HR manager, regardless what it will take to do that. I believe the HR department has to be suitably notified of the incident, and what happens after that, i’ve done my part already.
Credit Bureau S’pore – Not some small dodgy credit firm, so no excuse for that kind of behaviour.
