My Honest Opinion: ST701 needs to change and standardize their Job Ad template. Make it look more professional and tidy. Avoid offering employers value added service/ paid service such as posting their print job ads on ST701 as classifieds online ads (with newspaper icon). I can’t understand their actual direction. Online Medium cum Print Medium? Flexibility? Maybe additional exposure… I think so.
Pros: ST701 have other hot services such as posting their property/ cars/ shops online. Just like normal classified print ads. Like I said, everything at one go! Anything & Everything in ST701!
Cons: But I thought ST701 is originally a platform solely for Employers & Jobseekers. Having sub domains like jobs.st701.com, cars.st701.com; just to increase revenue is good but rather unfocus and it’s contradictive. So which one should consumers be keen? The online classifieds or print classifieds? How do sales people of ST701 educate consumers about online?

There's a choice in everything you do. You must always keep in mind that the choice you make in the end makes you.
