Job Market is bad

Job market is pretty bad now, everything has been going rather slow for everyone and it’s tough for those who are in their 40s. I am in the world where all companies practise “discriminations” about race and they blamed it on culture or the employee have to liaise with China counterparts. Welcome to the real world!

I have been receiving crap CVs for the past 2 months. I usually interview candidates on a daily basis but nowadays, I just couldn’t… Where are all the good candidates now? Companies ceasing operation, mergers here and there, cashflow problem everywhere. Die Die!!!
