FINANCE MANAGER – REIT

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead a small team of finance staff to ensure smooth and timely financial closing and reporting, prepare, present and reconcile financial reports. You will lead the annual budgeting exercise, including forecasting, planning, variance analysis, reviewing and monitoring costs inherent in the business. You will also work closely with Business Line Leaders to develop business driver metrics, sales management scorecards, client profitability analysis, price modeling, prepare risk and regulatory reporting, financial reports for non management groups such as regulatory agencies and tax authorities.

To be highly considered for this role, you should possess Degree in Accountancy with CPA accreditation. You should have at least 8 to 10 years within property industry and you should possess strong business acumen and able to see issues from perspective of business lines.
