BUSINESS FINANCE MANAGER – Real Estate

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will work closely with Business Line Leaders to develop business driver metrics, sales management, client profitability analysis, price modeling and etc. You will lead a small team of finance staff to ensure smooth and timely financial closing and reporting and you will lead annual budgeting exercise, including forecasting and planning, variance analysis, reviewing and monitoring costs inherent in the business.

In additional, you will work with Finance Director in establishing and implementing short and long range departmental. You will lead with eternal auditor for both Statutory and SOX audits, recruit, train, supervisor and evaluate department staff, provide accounting policy orientation for newly join staffs.

To be highly considered, you should have a Degree in Accountancy & Finance with at least 8 to 10 years experience in mid to senior level finance and accounting position with CPA accreditation. You are willing to worked a flexible schedule and have the capability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight time frames and simultaneously manage several projects.
