REGIONAL ACCOUNTING CONTROLLER, ASIA

Reporting to the Regional Senior Finance Director, you will be the key member of the Asia Finance management team and you will manage all the accounting functions in the Asia region. You will maintain accounts that reflect a true and fair view of the business and in compliance with US GAAP and relevant local accounting, statutory and tax requirements interfacing with external auditors and regulatory authorities.

You will work with Corporate Accounting team to ensure proper accounting treatment of business transactions in accordance with US GAAP, consolidate of group financial statements for Asia region, preparation of financial reports and handle tax compliance, banking/ treasury and insurance matters in the region.

To be highly considered, you should be a Singaporean or Permanent Resident and you should possess Master/ Bachelor Degree with CPA accreditation. You should have a minimum of 10 years experience in external audit, full range of accounting functions, consolidation, financial analysis and SOX/ controls and budgeting and preferably in an MNC environment and in the retail industry.
